ABOUT rotate
individual, functional & focused
Rotate Pilates is a considered approach to movement—quietly strong, intentional, and grounded in the individual. Classes are kept small, with no more than six participants, allowing space for attention, care, and a more personal experience.
Movement is guided by mindfulness and function, with the use of small equipment and gentle progressions to build strength that supports daily life. The focus is not on pushing harder, but on moving better—creating balance, ease, and a deeper connection to the body.
Rotate Pilates is designed for those seeking a thoughtful, refined way to move, where strength and softness exist side by side.
Fiona is a diploma-certified Pilates instructor with over 300 hours of training and nearly two years of teaching experience.
As a mother of two young children, Fiona has a deep understanding of the evolving needs of the body—whether post- or pre-natal, navigating busy schedules, or simply seeking movement that feels supportive and sustainable. Her teaching honors the foundations of classical Pilates while embracing a modern, mindful approach that feels intuitive and adaptable.
Fiona’s sessions invite you to slow down, move with intention, and leave feeling grounded, balanced, and quietly energized. All classes are currently taught in English.
