ABOUT rotate

individual, functional & focused

Rotate Pilates is a considered approach to movement—quietly strong, intentional, and grounded in the individual. Classes are kept small, with no more than six participants, allowing space for attention, care, and a more personal experience.

Movement is guided by mindfulness and function, with the use of small equipment and gentle progressions to build strength that supports daily life. The focus is not on pushing harder, but on moving better—creating balance, ease, and a deeper connection to the body.

Rotate Pilates is designed for those seeking a thoughtful, refined way to move, where strength and softness exist side by side.

Fiona is a diploma-certified Pilates instructor with over 300 hours of training and nearly two years of teaching experience.

a mother of two young children, fiona brings a thoughtful, lived-in understanding of the body & its changing needs - through pregnancy, postnatal recovery & the realities of busy, modern life. her approach is grounded in movement that feels supportive, intelligent & sustainable.

her connection to movement began early, through years of competitive sport - from water polo & hockey to rhythmic gymnastics & dance. this diverse background shaped a deep, intuitive awareness of the body, how it moves & how to listen to it with care & precision.

fiona’s teaching honors the foundations of classical pilates while embracing a modern, mindful style that is fluid, adaptable & deeply considered.

her sessions invite you to slow down, move with intention & leave feeling grounded, balanced & quietly energized.
