With a foundation in competitive sport — from water polo and hockey to rhythmic gymnastics and dance — Fiona developed an early, intuitive understanding of movement, precision, and control. This embodied awareness continues to shape her teaching.
Trained with over 300 hours of diploma certification, she blends classical Pilates foundations with a modern, mindful sensibility.
